Your concierge will contact you personally by telephone soon to complete the next steps. A short conversation is all they need to get to know
you better so they can respond to your preferences and wishes right from the outset. If you cannot be reached, you will be contacted by e-mail.

Then it’s time to get started: once you’ve received your PIN code by separate letter or in the card24 App, you’ll be able to start using all
of your advantages, including the services and recommendations specially tailored and provided for you by your Infinite Concierge Service’s.

To activate your new card’s contactless function, simply insert it into the reader when you make your first payment at a point of sale and then enter your PIN.
